Evergro Ammonium Sulphate 21-0-0 is a highly effective, fast-acting synthetic fertilizer designed to provide an immediate boost of nitrogen (21%) and sulfur (24%) to lawns, gardens, and acid-loving plants. This crystalline or granular formulation dissolves rapidly in water, making it an excellent choice for correcting severe nitrogen deficiencies (indicated by yellowing or pale grass) and dropping the pH of alkaline soils.

General Application Rates & Instructions

- Lawns / Turf: Apply 5 lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. and repeat every 6 to 8 weeks during the growing season.
- Shrubs & Evergreens: Evenly sprinkle ¼ cup around the drip line of the plant (do not let it touch the main stem) and work it lightly into the top inch of the soil.
- Trees: Distribute ½ lb per 1 inch of trunk diameter evenly across the ground, reaching out from the trunk to the drip line.
- Vegetable Gardens & Rows: Spread ½ lb per 100 sq. ft. evenly.
- Liquid/Foliar Application: Completely dissolve 1 to 3 tablespoons per gallon of water for a quick soil drench or a targeted foliar spray.
Critical Precautions
- Never Over-Apply: Excessive application will swiftly dehydrate the root system and burn the grass or plants.
- Thoroughly sweep or blow any stray granules off your concrete driveways, patios, or walkways before watering, as the sulfur compounds can leave stubborn brown rust stains behind.
