Jons Plant Factory has been diligently following the COVID-19 pandemic within Canada. For the safety of all our valued customers, we have decided to limit access to our store to 1 customer at a time. Please take note of our new temporary hours below. Online orders will continue to be accepted and processed Monday through Friday. For the fastest service, we encourage customers to place their orders online and select ‘Curbside pick up’ if you want to come to the store and get your order run out to your car in our back parking lot. Standard shipping options via Canada Post are also still available.
Curbside Pick-up Instructions
For car service in our back parking lot, please select ‘curbside pick-up’ under shipping options when ordering online. After you receive your confirmation head on down and call us at 604-294-3000 when you arrive at the back parking lot. Maintaining social distancing to keep our customers safe is our highest priority.
Orders are usually ready and confirmed within minutes of placing your order during our open hours. Please check your ‘JUNK MAIL‘ folder for order confirmation.
